Association for Truth, Justice and Dignified Reparations

Under construction

Who are we?

We are a Civil Association of victims and survivors of the Sodalitium of Christian Life, the Marian Fraternity of Reconciliation, the Servants of God’s Plan, the Christian Life Movement and works linked to the so-called Sodalit family, as well as professionals from various specialties and people of good will.

Vision

To be a national and international reference in the defense and promotion of truth, justice and the achievement of worthy reparations for victims of sexual and power abuse in the Catholic Church.

Mission

Provide support and assistance to victims of sexual, psychological, spiritual, financial and/or power abuse committed by the aforementioned institutions, as well as victims of other institutions, especially in the ecclesiastical sphere, collaborating primarily so that the victims achieve recognition of truth, justice and worthy reparations.

Our values

Transparency

Our statutes, the assistance processes, the steps we take and the possibilities we offer will always be accessible to anyone who wants to know them. We are convinced that transparency fosters trust and honesty, citizen collaboration and accountability.

Confidentiality

Our statutes, the assistance processes, the steps we take and the possibilities we offer will always be accessible to anyone who wants to know them. We are convinced that transparency fosters trust and honesty, citizen collaboration and accountability.

Independence

We are independent of any other body other than our board of directors and members’ assembly. We believe that this value is essential for our work. Being free from external influences allows us to act and report without further commitment to the recognition of the truth, seeking justice and processes that lead to worthy reparations.

Promptness in support and security

We respond promptly to the requests of victims and survivors, providing their case with reliable and secure follow-up. We are convinced of the need to assist victims who make their claims and request attention to their rights before the reporting bodies, remembering that the definitive response times are the responsibility of the reporting bodies (civil or ecclesiastical).
